Welcome to Solia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Solia mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Solia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Solia. By using our App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of Solia, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. User Conduct
When using Solia, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post or transmit inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
All content, features, and functionality of Solia, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Solia, including your profile information and chat messages. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
6. Coin System and Purchases
6.1 Virtual Currency
Solia uses a virtual currency system ("Coins") that can be purchased through in-app purchases. Coins are used to access certain features, including sending chat messages.
6.2 Purchases
- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
- Prices are displayed in your local currency
- All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law
- Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Unused Coins may expire if your account is deleted
7. AI-Generated Content
Solia uses artificial intelligence to generate chat responses from virtual characters. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses are automated and may not always be accurate or appropriate
- We are not responsible for the content of AI-generated messages
- You should not rely on AI-generated content for professional advice
- AI responses are for entertainment and community engagement purposes only
8. Video Calling Features
When using video calling features, you agree to:
- Obtain necessary permissions for camera and microphone access
- Respect the privacy of other users during video calls
- Not record or screenshot video calls without consent
- Use video calling features responsibly and appropriately
9. Reporting and Moderation
We provide tools for users to report inappropriate content or behavior. We reserve the right to:
- Review reported content and take appropriate action
- Remove content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Cooperate with law enforcement when necessary
10. Disclaimers
SOLIA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any unused Coins will be forfeited.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Solia after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Entire Agreement
